1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student", "Parent/Guardian", or "Institutional Partner") and Natton SkillX Pvt Ltd ("Natton SkillX", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website, participating in webinars, booking AI career diagnostic assessments, or enrolling in our K-12 (SkillX Junior), Advanced (SkillX Pro), or Institutional programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Program Enrollment & Educational Delivery

Natton SkillX delivers artificial intelligence, computational thinking, data science, and career transformation programs through live online cohorts, hybrid classroom models, and on-premise school partnership labs.

• Curriculum Standards: Courses are developed in alignment with National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and NSDC future skills guidelines.
• LMS Access: Students receive access to study materials, coding workbooks, and sandbox environments for the duration specified during enrollment.
• Certificates: Verified certificates of completion are awarded upon meeting minimum attendance (typically 80%) and satisfactory project capstone submission.

3. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

All program fees, workshop charges, and assessment costs are clearly communicated before admission. Payments can be completed through authorized gateways, UPI, Net Banking, or institutional invoicing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational content, curriculum designs, training presentations, video lectures, AI prompt libraries, code templates, brand marks, and software platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Natton SkillX Pvt Ltd.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for their personal learning. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or public re-uploading of Natton SkillX proprietary material is strictly prohibited.

5. Student Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity

Natton SkillX is committed to maintaining an inspiring, inclusive, and safe learning atmosphere for all students, educators, and mentors.

• Respectful communication across Discord/Slack learning communities, live video classrooms, and peer reviews.
• Zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, disruptive classroom behavior, or cyber-bullying.
• Adherence to academic authenticity in AI capstone projects and hackathon submissions.

6. Institutional & School Partnerships

School partnerships, teacher training programs (FDPs), and campus AI Centers of Excellence are governed by formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) agreements executed between the authorized educational institution and Natton SkillX Pvt Ltd.

7. Career Advisory & AI Diagnostic Disclaimer

Our AI Career Diagnostic Assessments (CareerX) and 1-on-1 career counselling sessions provide diagnostic insights, skill evaluations, and personalized guidance based on industry trends. They are designed to empower informed decision-making but do not constitute an absolute guarantee of specific employment placements or academic admissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Natton SkillX Pvt Ltd and its directors, trainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party internet outages, or software tool modifications by external AI providers.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
